The Nest

This property is located South of Luray off Grove Hill River Rd. between the towns of Stanley and Shenandoah, Va. You can expect a 15-mile drive to the Town of Luray.
Welcome to “The Nest” – a place of rest, relaxation, and comfortable lodging!! Come enjoy our cozy cabin nestled in the woods. Whether coming for a weekend or week, you’ll enjoy the secluded location for your getaway. Relax on the deck grilling out, watching the birds, reading a book, or just hanging out. Inside the cabin you can enjoy movies, HD antenna reception for the following channels ..ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, NBC Weather and CW, and the view from the large window overlooking the deck and woods. On cool evenings, you can enjoy a fire in the fire pit. Linens are provided for your convenience. You have access to the river at the foot of the mountain for picnics, swimming, tubing, canoeing, or fishing.

There are many activities just a short drive away - The Massanutten Four Seasons Ski Resort/Indoor water park is 14 miles away, The Thornton Gap entrance to the Shenandoah National Park is 25 miles away, Luray Caverns is 15 miles away, and the George Washington National Forest Storybook Trail is 14 miles away. There are also plenty of antique shops and local restaurants nearby.
