This acre pie-shaped lot offers 3000’ of waterfront, with level lawn for play, leading down to the dock or the banks of the bay. Walk along the path down the narrow peninsula, with the lake on one side and the bay on the other. Wade out from the sandy shoreline with the little ones to swim and splash and play in the sandy-bottom shallows. Dock your boats during your entire stay on the private, wood pier with sitting area to capture the views of nature and the lake activities.
