Welcome to this lovely 1,100 sq. ft., 3 bedroom bungalow cottage, the perfect vacation destination for a small family. The layout of the cottage and the property and its close proximity to Orillia, provide all the pleasures one looks for in a cottage country get away!

The level front and back lawns are great for the kids to play catch or throw a frisbee and the 100 feet of hard packed sand and shallow entry at the waterfront is ideal for young and old alike to splash and play for hours on end. The beach area is shallow up to about 75 feet out, thus making for warm water in the summer and safe for pleasant paddling out on the lake. It is blissful sitting at the water’s edge, taking in the expansive lake view that takes on a beautiful azure blue that sparkles on sunny days.

The interior of the cottage is meticulously well kept, uncluttered and comfortably furnished with a pseudo Bavarian décor. The open concept dining/living area face out to the waterfront with stunning views of the lake and a striking fireplace as the backdrop. The kitchen is just off of the dining room, as is the Muskoka room, the perfect spot for breakfast or after dinner drinks and card games.

The spacious lake-facing master bedroom is at the opposite end of the cottage with the two remaining bedrooms and newly renovated 3-piece bathroom tucked into the back of the cottage.

The cottage is on a dead end street in a quiet neighboorhood, making for little road noise and is great for walking or biking.

There are so many interesting things to do in the area as well! Lagoon City is directly south and can be reached by boat in 10 minutes and there are two sandy beach areas there as well as restaurants and a snack bar. Immediately south of the cottage is a lakefront conservation area and small river accessible by canoe or kayak. McCrae Point Provincial Park is just 11 km. away and downtown Orillia and Casino Rama are both about 20 km. away.

However you decide to spend your days, enjoy a BBQ dinner on the deck back at the cottage and then gather round the lakeside fire pit roasting marshmallows for dessert while taking in the amazing star-filled sky!
