Located in the gated community of Emerald Shores in Miramar Beach very close to the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall and the Destin Commons Mall only 2 miles away! Lots of outdoor space including 2 covered porches and a covered 2nd floor balcony! The first floor is spacious and inviting with the living room, kitchen, and dining room open to each other with plenty of room for everyone at the same time! The kitchen is full of gadgets including a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The big granite bar has 5 bar stools and the dining table can seat 6! Down the hall, you'll find an exit to the side covered porch; a laundry room with a full size stacked washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator; and further down, a bathroom with a walk in shower. The master bedroom is also on the 1st floor and has a king bed, a walk in shower and a private access to the covered porch! The 2nd floor has 2 big bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a 2nd king bed in one bedroom with a private access to the covered 2nd floor balcony and a 2nd guest room with 2 full beds and a twin trundle sleeping up to 5 guests! This room also has private access to the 2nd floor covered balcony. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Seasonal Beach Service is available at the beach for a fee. Other beach items such as boards, canoes, etc. may also be rented through the vendor on the beach. Walk to restaurants just outside the neighborhood!

Parking for up to 3 vehicles. All guests must be at least 25 years old or be accompanied by a parent.

FREE Wireless high speed internet is provided! There is also WiFi at the pools and the beach!

Additional Emerald Shores amenities include two heated pools, a tennis court, shuffle board, and a beach cabana with showers and restrooms! Beach service available for a fee.
