Born and raised in Michigan and graduated from U. of D. Jesuit HS and Michigan State University. Spent 35 years living in the Toronto, Ontario area, mostly in Whitby. I currently reside in Apopka, FL near Orlando and Fenton, Michigan. Why this property? I purchased my first condo in the Tamarind Gulf and Bay Condominiums when it opened in 1981. I was very young, but my parents were buying a condo there and I trusted their judgement. The HOA keeps it in Fantastic condition and in 1991 I sold my first unit to buy this larger one that has beautiful views and a roof deck. In 2014 I purchased my 2nd condo there since I love it so much. There is no place anywhere like Manasota Key and no condominiums like Tamarind.
