We are currently retired and living in Sussex, having spent time living in other countries working on Government projects. We both grew up in Kent with Michael living for a time in Australia with his parents and family. We enjoy meeting other nationalities and seeing the world from their perspective, Michael first visited the USA in 1971. In 2010 we went on holiday with our daughter, son-in law and grandchildren to Orlando and fell in love with the place and decided to look for a house/villa. In 2011 we found a wonderful house on the Highlands Reserve. What a superb spot, well established and maintained, peaceful with good communications and very close to Disney World and lots of other famous parks and entertainments. We really enjoy the friendliness of everyone and the cosmopolitan atmosphere. We called our villa ‘Orlando Bliss’ because of its position and surroundings. We found it rather unique and peaceful and only 3 minutes to the Golf Club house. It is also just 20 minutes stroll to Berry Town centre where there are lots of restaurants, supermarket, bank, etc. Another unique feature of our villa is our excellent swimming pool / Spa, with a large patio, which includes ample shade if you do not like too much sun, to sit and laze or to enjoy al fresco dining.
