As a Home Owner, my Wife Susan and I, having rented our Home for 4+ years, until we were ready to come down Full-Time, as well as now being a Realtor in The Villages we understand the need to have someone reliable to watch over your Home.  We know how important it was to have the "Peace of Mind" that your home was in Good Hands while you are so many miles away.  Our ongoing need of finding a reliable Home Watch Service (especially one that knew how to handle rentals) and the difficulty we had finding one, during those 4+ years we lived up North, convinced us to start our own Home Watch Service, so we could take care of our Owners property, while they were not occupying it themselves.

Our Basic Home Watch Service (SnowBird) as well as our Rental Program can be tailored to your needs. We will give you the highest quality of service every time and treat you and your property with respect and care. Your home is monitored weekly utilizing a detailed checklist to insure all your services are being performed and you will get notified as to any issues we observe.

As to renting your property, why pay a % of YOUR Rental Income (can be as much as $1,500 to $2,500 just for the Prime Season) when I can handle the whole rental process from obtaining tenants, right through checking them at departure and setting up for the next Guest for $100/mth. Check the Snowbird and Rental Services pages to see all that I do for that small monthly Fee.

We have grown from 3 Homes we started with on the Service in July 2014, to now servicing 210 properties, of which 43 are Rentals and we are adding more each year. This growth has allowed us to coordinate the large volume of Rental requests to maximize the occupancy of all our properties.  Plus I am able to help my Owners, as a Licensed Realtor, when they are looking to Sell their property or Buy a new one.
