As a cancer survivor, i enjoy the fresh comforts of this special property with my family and grand children. We came from the Caribbean in the mid 1970's and nothing makes us happier than to get away from Miami and stay at the beach cottage.

Why Jacqueline Simmons chose Hollywood South Central Beach

Hollywood Beach is one of the TOP Ten beaches in USA. Many Americans now enjoy staying here as an alternative to Traveling abroad. The Canadians love this area in particular as it is quiet and mostly low density accommodations. Our Beach cottage is like being in a single family home and our Hurricane Impact windows seals out what little noise might come from the street. As a family with 14 Grand children, we are building a" foundation of Memories" for the children to pass on to the next generation. These memories were a part of our own happy childhood, when we were brought up, living in the Caribbean island of Jamaica.

What makes this Cottage unique

The location of the Cottage is just about the best place to be. Its is an original, old, "art deco" house that truly has been updated with sound proof impact doors and windows, granite open bar kitchen, and central air-conditioning. Each bedroom is en-suite and the private off the road parking is just outside the kitchen door. The Bar-B-Q area is just outside the kitchen door... And the pool is in the back. This is a small Condo community with only 40 units, and as there are resident Owners, this particular destination is constantly maintaining its uniqueness as well as its value.
