Hi from Andi and Dave! We're the proud owners of 1st Class Rentals, where we treat every property as if it were our own home—because that's exactly how we built them. Our mission is simple: to provide a truly first-class experience for every guest. Whether you're here for business or leisure, we're committed to making your stay seamless, comfortable, and memorable.

Dave was born in the '50s and is originally from the New York area. He attended East Stroudsburg University and now lives in Melbourne, Florida with his wife Andi. Together, they bring a personal touch to every stay. Got questions about travel, restaurants, or hidden local gems? Dave’s your guy—he knows the area inside and out and loves sharing it with guests.

We’re obsessed with the details (and golf!), and we genuinely enjoy helping guests plan their visit. Fun fact: we’re huge Maroon 5 fans, and if you are too, we already have something in common! Dave may not win any awards for his card-shuffling skills, but he’s a pro at making sure your trip goes smoothly.
