Retired Southwest Airlines Pilot and Music Teacher. We bought this home gutted after Katrina and rebuilt it with contractors and family help. We have five kids aged 31 to 39 and we wanted room for them and their friends. They are in Texas and on the West Coast and do not visit often. We thus decided to turn it into a short term rental and it has turned out extremely well. We have a permanent residence eight minutes away. The home is extremely kid and family friendly. We try to make sure everyone has a memorable visit and of course strive to build repeat business.

Large parties and gatherings are allowed...... but loud music is allowed by written permission only so there are never any misunderstandings and neighbors can be informed. If you are planing a wedding or large party (more than 25 people) , please write us to discuss it before booking.
