About Daniel Lawrence & Shannon Reynolds

Dan & Shannon have been best friends for many years. Dan, born in 1961; grew up in Newburg, NY & graduated from Marlboro HS. His family still resides in the same location & offers a "pick your own" style of farming, Lawrence Farms Orchard. Dan relocated to Florida & became a Specialty Contractor: Fence. Shannon, born in 1970 and is a born & raised Floridian. She grew up in Orlando & graduated in '88 from Apopka HS. She is a permit administrator for her boyfriend's company and a full time host. They currently have 2 dogs. Kona & her dog Girlfriend Mary Jane will patrol the fence line for intruding squirrels, lizards & the Pizza Delivery men. Both dogs are kid friendly & docile...so long as your not a squirrel! We enjoy antiquing across the country, adding all that you see to our property which is all for sale if you like it, speak with the owners. ***You might see the owner, Shannon; chalk painting her latest piece of furniture on the porch, turning it into something it wasn't. You are invited to watch, ask questions & even bring your own piece of furniture to paint along side of her.

Dock, Fishing, Star Gazing at night, Laying in fresh water on a float, Going to our pristine beaches......We've got it all right here! I promise: you will not be disappointed! Our "Florida Shack in the Back" was a small building that came with the home we purchased in 2013. It was basically an unusable building that we commonly referred to as "The Shack". We watched the sun rise & set for 2 years before we finally decided on the desired layout & possible amenities it would include. The final product was more than we imagined. We are pleased to share our home with you & your family during your travels through our beautiful state.

What makes this Cottage unique

Relatively close to everything & far enough away from the rush of big city life's rat race. Ultra low crime rate. Superb fishing, both in/off-shore! Stuart boasts being "The Sailfish Capital of the World". Mackerel, Snook, Wahoo, Mahi & Cobia are plentiful. Pristine, white sand beaches completely free of towering commercial hotels. Our county buildings code does NOT allow ANY buildings taller than 4 floors. What a nice feeling-knowing there is only ONE, whom is watching over/above you! Orlando is a short 2 hrs, Miami: 1.45 hrs. West Palm Beach International Airport: 45 min. Melbourne International Airport: 1.15 hrs
