A Few Important Notes:
Pool Heating – This is charged at $35 per day

Grill Rental – We provide a gas grill Free of Charge providing it is cleaned properly at the end of your stay. If not ithe clean is charged at $55. We have a policy of gas provision as left by the previous guests. Most times this will provide you with gas free of charge however, should it run out or be empty then a gas can be obtained from any local gas station for around $22.00.

No Hidden Fees – Once booked, there are no surprise charges!

Our Story & Home
We purchased 301 Vista Drive in September 2015 because our family—four children and seven grandchildren—absolutely loves visiting Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, and Busch Gardens. Since then, we have fully renovated and modernized the home with fast 1,000/1,000mB WiFi, Smart TVs in every room, and all the latest comforts. Whether you’re visiting with a large group or just a few guests, our home is designed for relaxation, entertainment, and making the most of your Orlando vacation.

Why We Fell in Love with This Home
From the moment we saw this property, we knew it was something special. The spacious layout, oversized pool, and private bathrooms for every bedroom make it truly unique—especially for large groups traveling together.

When we purchased the home in 2015, we saw its incredible potential and committed to modernizing and upgrading every detail. This led to:
Complete redecoration inside and out
Full interior refurbishment for a fresh, contemporary feel
Kitchen transformation with granite countertops, new tiling, and all-new stainless steel appliances

But we didn’t stop there!

December 2021: We replaced all ground-floor tiles with stunning wood laminate flooring for a warm, elegant touch.
January 2022: We gave the entire interior a brand-new look, including fresh paint, new bedding, and stylish new furniture.

With the help of two incredible interior designers, this home is now a superior executive villa—one of the finest you’ll find in Florida. We’re thrilled to share it with you and hope you love it as much as we do!

Optional Add-Ons for a Tailored Stay
Pool & Spa Heating: Available for an additional charge, depending on the time of year. We keep this as an optional extra since not all guests require it.

Mid-Stay Cleaning: For longer stays, guests may opt for one or multiple cleanings to refresh the home during their vacation.
