About Carmen & Dennis I am a 40+ year resident of Daytona Beach, FL and a native Floridian. Carmen & I have lived right on the beach at The Grand Coquina condominium since it opened in 1997. We are empty nester's and love to travel ourselves. I believe we have now been to all 50 states, after visiting Alaska in 2018. We also love our home state of Florida and have made many trips around the state. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2004. Carmen & Dennis purchased this Condo in 2004 Why Carmen & Dennis chose Daytona Beach Ocean Walk is Daytona's finest ocean front resort. It's at the center of all the activity in Daytona's tourist area. I really enjoy all the life and the amenities at Ocean Walk!
