I am about as native an Arizonan as you get; been here for 40 years now. I enjoy pampering my vacation rentals, just recently added a blender and glassware for making your favorite Smoothies! I upgraded the light fixtures to add some glam to the bathrooms along with foaming soap dispensers. I also added a small cart for unloading your groceries from the car to the condo hassle-free. It's the small stuff IMO that makes your guests stay enjoyable and memorable which is my ultimate goal and satisfaction.

Why they chose this property
You have this peaceful modern condominium tucked away in a residential community adjacent to other senior communities, yet it's not a sleeping town either, because the location is amazing just minutes to the mall, Costo, grocery stores, and restaurants galore. And for your enjoyment, there is a live theatre, Casino, Sports complexes, and more. You have access to off-road biking trails and a full Golf course right down the street Also Frwy is close to Sky Harbor Airport, going downtown Phoenix or take scenic day trips to places like Sedona, and Jerome, or even head south to Tombstone where the shoot-out at the OK Coral took place. There is so much rich history to see in AZ; you will not be lacking something to do.

What makes this property unique
First it's a unique complex design made up of multiple mini-communities (buildings) scattered through the whole community complex with walking paths throughout so you don't even have to leave to take a nice leasure walk with lighting through out. I was impressed with how quiet and peaceful it is you can hear the birds chirping!
