I am an independent real estate broker licensed in both Arizona and California as well as an investor in local real estate. Having been in this profession for more than 36 years, leasing, managing property, buying and selling as well as developing, I very much enjoy the challenge and joy of working with people and properties. My hobbies include reading, golf, and traveling and I also teach spinning at LA Fitness and the YMCA!

Ever since purchasing The Wilshire House in 1990, I have loved this home. It took 25 years for my daughter Nicole and me to remodel and enlarge it to its lovely condition today. The original portion of the house remains dedicated to its historic heritage while the addition is absolutely contemporary as you will see. Sharing Greater Phoenix and the historic Willo Neighborhood in Central Phoenix is a treat for me and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
