As our youngest headed to college, it was time to strive for some new adventures and the magical mountains of North Carolina called us to make Bear River our full-time home. Why not open our first timber frame home, named RiverDance, to guests, so they too, could enjoy the amazing beauty that is so much part of this very special place? It came time to simplify our lives two years ago with less square footage so that we could spend more time with family and grandchildren. So, once again we carried RiverDance forward to 55 Laurel Ridge. Both SkyView and RiverHaven have been designed to create an exceptional mountaintop experience for our guests.
