We currently live in Cincinnati Ohio and spend January-March in Punta Gorda, Florida. We fell in love with North Captiva Island and decided to buy this house at the end of June 2021.

The sunsets from our house are FABULOUS! We love that we can walk down an elevated, wooden pathway to the best section of beach on the island.

Views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 3rd floor lanai, where you can eat all your meals, and from the 4th floor master bedroom are awesome. The lush tropical landscaping, especially around the heated pool helps create the quiet serenity and privacy that make Gulf Dreams on-the-beach special. Guests have the opportunity to launch kayaks (4 are provided) and paddle boards (2 provided) into the Gulf of Mexico from Gulf Dreams' private beach. The sand bar which starts on Gulf Dreams beach and extends NW into the Gulf of Mexico provides guests nearby excellent shelling. Kayaking also allows you to observe the abundant sea life these waters offer.
