We have enjoyed Sugarbush since we were kids, the area and the community which is unique to Mad River Valley. In the east, this is the place to be, in any season. We find something special about each season and love learning more about the area and the community & know our guest families will also appreciate the seasonal splendor.

Why owner - Holly chose Mad River Valley

We stumbled across one remaining lot available a number of years ago. We were fortunate enough to purchase the lot with a dream of building a home - more like if there is a will, there is a way mentality. It worked! We were able to build this post & beam home and finished the end of 2013. We rent the house, so other families may enjoy the home's features as much as we do.
