About Michael

Lisa and Michael with long-time Guadalupe River floaters and friends Karen and Brad built the Rio Raton Duplex for the 2004 Summer season. We have enjoyed floating the Guadalupe and San Marcos Rivers since high school and then college in San Marcos. Now we are passing on that tradition to our kids.

Why Michael chose Comal County

After too many Guadalupe River trips in substandard accommodations we decided to build our own first-class, RIVERFRONT property.
