Clearwater Beach Condo by Karen Bickford

We are John and Karen Bickford of Bolton MA and have been in the short term rental space since 2009 My husband and I are both small business owners and have one daughter Chloe. We love to fly down to Clearwater Beach for some sun and fun when time permits. May, September, October and November are our absolute favorite times of the year to visit. The weather is just right, not too hot or too cool.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Clearwater Beach when we visited here in 2009 to stay with some friends. Our plan was to look for a property that we could purchase and then later retire to.
We were at the time looking outside of Clearwater Beach for the right property. After viewing several properties south of Clearwater Beach and coming back to Clearwater Beach at the end of each day; we made the decision that we really should try to find something in Clearwater Beach.
Our Realtors Alex and Laren Jansen of Christies Coastal Properties Group brought us to see our now unit at Harborview Grande. We once again fell in love with the breathtaking views from the balcony and well thought out floor plan and decided to purchase. It has been 10 years since we purchased and are very happy that we did.
The location is so tropical that I often feel that I am on a Caribbean Island. Cancun/Playa Del Carmen Mexico is my all time favorite vacation spot. Clearwater Beach reminds me a lot of Mexico without the long flight and occasional stomach upset ?
It is a great vacation area for families with small children as well as the younger generation that want the nightlife.
The older generation will appreciate the ease of walking the Beach Walk, bicycling, swimming in the warm gulf waters and enjoying the great sunsets. Restaurants and shopping are plentiful in the area as well.
Clearwater Beach is a very diverse culture that has something for everyone. We absolutely love the area and all the great things there are to do and see.
We ask that you too come to Clearwater Beach and see all the many things the area has to offer.

What makes this property unique
The balcony and the views stole my heart away; there really is nothing better than sitting on the balcony taking in the panoramic views of Clearwater Bay and the Gulf of Mexico watching the boats go by and dolphins frolicking in the water below.
The well appointed floor plan was integral in my decision to purchase as well as the location and security of the property. It was and is still all good…..
