Los Angeles Home in Hollywood Hills by Rosa Loaiza

Hello and welcome! My name is Rosa Loaiza and I have been the owner of this charming bungalow since 1992. I have lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years and absolutely love the city. I have two daughters, one who is a HR Specialist  in the U.S. Navy and my other daughter is a Buyer for a major company. One of my daughters currently resides in Virginia and my other daughter resides in Florida. I have traveled throughout the United States and love to explore new places but for me, Los Angeles will always be home for me and my small dog, Cali. I am a case manager and love the challenge of helping other people reach their potential. My husband and I bought this house as our first home in 1992. We fell in love with this charming bungalow and absolutely loved the location, being so close to many attractions, amenities and venues. The history of Hollywood and the community feel are what make this home truly special.
