This vacation home has everything to give you the true feeling of a modern Key West.

The two spacious Master-Suites both have direct access to the pool deck as well as an amazing view over the water during the day, which is just as beautiful as the view of the reflecting pool lights at night. The third suite is separated from the other ones by a slide door and own hallway.

Every suite has its own closet and bathroom with a shower, while the master suite additionally includes a bath tub. Of course every room is equipped with a 55” TV and a sound dock to keep you entertained 24/7 whenever you want. In the enchanting 1000 sqft open living and dining room you can find a comfortable living area for six persons equipped with a 65” flat screen TV and a blue ray player. A tablet is at your disposal for controlling the Sonos sound system and surfing the internet.

The modern, open kitchen does not leave any cook’s wishes unfulfilled. To top off your perfect lunch or dinner the cozy dining area offers a stunning view of the pool and the Canal to the Southwest. Besides the classical drip coffee maker, it provides a Nespresso coffee machine and a milk foamer. Please don’t forget to bring the capsules yourself.

But your vacation’s highlight in Villa The Keys will probably be the 1800sqft pool deck. Whether you’re a sun worshipper and want to get your summer tan or prefer reading a good book under the 30ft foxtail palms in the shadow; you’ll definitely find the right spot. The west facing terrace and pool deck, which are both equipped with travertine tiles, allow you to enjoy the sun already after breakfast and offers you the chance to catch a breathtaking sunset during dinner.

The 33ft long and solar-heatable designer pool is not only perfect for every passionate swimmer who doesn’t want to miss a workout, but also for relaxing on the sun ledge and drinking a cocktail. Or you just have a sundowner in the whirlpool, which provides enough space for six persons and can be illuminated and separately heated. Later on let yourself be enchanted by the LED lighting and water feature which is illuminated as well.

Furthermore the villa offers high speed wireless connection in the indoor as well as in the outdoor area, a barbecue and a boat dock with a boat lift. From the “Captain’s Walk”, a continuous jetty along the whole property length, you have a nice view over the Canal! The Villa also has a porch located on the Eastern side - ideal for watching the sunrise, if you’re an early bird!

We recommend the optional rental of the house boat! A 24-foot Yamaha 242 Limited S with 360 hp is available for fun and fishing. It is approved for up to 11 people, has a GPS, sound system and a cooler. The dock of Villa The Keys is used also by guests from Villa Arte Vita. The rental boat for both Villas is rented from the lift from Villa The Keys only. Thanks for your understanding.

As Villa “The Keys” is located directly next to Villa “Arte Vita” (also rentable on floridarentals.com or Intervillas-florida.com) you have the possiblity to book both houses in case you are planning a trip with a larger number of people (up to 14 persons)

Another highlight of the Villa The Keys is its excellent location. For boating enthusiasts crucial is the short way from 8-10 minutes to the open water. At the same time the center of Cape Coral is located just five minutes away and a Publix Supermarket only two minutes by car.
