Brandnew Villa Cayman, a luxurious new construction in the North-West Cape Corals.

The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms and a total living space of 218sqm - perfect for 6 guests. Thanks to its great location it’s THE place to be for golfers and for those seeking tranquility. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a direct access to the pool area and offer kingsize beds. The third bedroom has a queensize-bed. All bedrooms offer thick blackout curtains as well as shutters.

2 bathrooms, 1 masterbathroom with shower/bathtub/wc and a second bathroom with toilet/shower. 4 beds (fourth queensize bed in the office).

Spacious lanai with a huge saltwaterpool (9.75 x 5.2m) and separate jacuzzi/spa. What do you want more to have a relaxed holiday? The whole house offers natural stone and wood floors, perfect for persons with allergies.

The open livingroom with kitchen and dining offer breathtaking views over the lanai and the canal. The kitchen will be equipped with absolute modern equipment and won’t leave any wishes to be desired. Kitchen counter for the breakfast (3 bar chairs), an indoor dining table for 6 and an outdoor table. Enough space and possibilities for every weather to spend a cozy evening.

4 modern TV’s, AppleTV, Netflix and Sonos-Sound-System. Free WIFI in the whole house.

Beach towels, beach chairs, parasol and a cool box for the perfect day at the beach.
