About Paul Cattermole Hi my name is Paul, my wife's name is Susan, we have been married for over 40 yrs and have 3 grown up children. Our UK residence is in the peak district and we have had 2 properties in Bolnuevo over the last 16 years, it is a lovely part of Spain. and we have lived there for a few years while 2 of our children lived in our UK house. Our eldest daughter has our two grandchildren our youngest daughter has now had our granddaughter in july 2016 , followed by a 2nd grandaughter in 2018 and we want to spend some time in the UK and do the grandparent thing, we both love the sun, eating out, golf. Entertaining and the outdoor life of Bolnuevo is great. The villa is high enough for good views and to catch the breeze, but not too far uphill to walk. One of the things we like is the micro climate and the cooling breeze we tend to get during the night, within a minute of leaving the bungalow you can be climbing the mountain or be on your way to the beach, shops, restaurants,bars which are a mere 10 minutes away Great base for sightseeing areas such as Murcia or Cartagena which are about 40 minutes away by car or 1 hour by coach. Mazzarron is the local port and town which has a new marina where the rich tie up their million pound yachts, there is a new paseo to walk along with lots of shops every type of food you want and beach sports. What makes this Villa unique We enjoy the bungalow as a retreat as we can lock the gates and the walled garden gives lots of privacy.There is a large garden with fruit trees,large patio and a great sized pool. we are never bored and use it as a home not just a holiday home and we don't tend to go out every night but enjoy eating outside with friends over a drink, we do have TV with Sky, & spanish aerial. a DVD player and a CD player. Outside there is a pergola which provides shade and is a relaxing place to enjoy a meal, the built in BBQ is great for outdoor cooking, the porch is a great place for having breakfast or to relax and read a book,whilst the sunroof terrace which houses the Sky dish is a fine place to view the sea on one side and mountain on the other, there is space to sunbathe.There is parking under cover on the driveway, new for 2016 some air conditioning
