This upscale 3-story, 4-bedroom, 2-bath country home includes many upscale features!  The first floor features ceramic tile flooring, a gear storage area, a foosball table, and a comfy couch for relaxing after a fun day on the mountain.  Ascending the staircase to the main floor reveals a gourmet kitchen with new appliances, including a dishwasher, plenty of counter space with granite counter tops, and a prep island work station.  The open dining/living areas are adjacent, and feature a dining table with bench seating, a sectional sofa, a built-in gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a covered walk-out balcony with a territorial view...perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage.  There's also one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a newly remodeled 3/4-bath, a laundry cubby with a full sized washer/dryer, and a side entrance that accesses a large platform deck with a gas grill, a large picnic table, and a covered outdoor Hot Tub!  Ascending the staircase from the main floor to the top floor reveals a small landing, a sitting area/study, a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and 1-full bath.  This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (enforced Maximum Occupancy!)

Important Please Note: It should be noted that, while this property is not pet-friendly for Guests, the property owners do have pets.  Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this under advisement and reserve accordingly.

Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground!  Summer Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing.  Winter Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding.  Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

Wi-fi service is now available to our area, and provided Free Of Charge for Guests use.  Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the Free Wi-fi Service fails to function properly.

This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house.  In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement).  Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time.  Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.  Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
