Snowater Condo #23 - Luxurious 2-Bedroom Townhouse
No expense was spared in the complete remodel of this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath luxury townhouse-style condo. The floor-to-ceiling remodel features high-end flooring, new fixtures, cabinetry, appliances, and furnishings. The main floor features one bedroom with a 1-queen sized bed and a flat-screen monitor, a half bath with a pedestal sink, a fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, ceramic tile flooring, Fisher and Paykel refrigerator/freezer, matching Fisher and Paykel double drawer dishwasher, Jenn Air range/oven, plus a GE microwave oven...all in stainless, of course! The living room leather seating, a dining table for four, a flat-screen monitor, a breathtaking House of Fire gas fireplace encased in marble, and a walk-out balcony with forested views. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another flat screen monitor, tiled 3/4 bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They would be well advised to give directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
