Welcome to Funky Town! Now with A/C, this cute loft bedroom A-frame apartment in Maple Falls is conveniently located to in-town amenities, and offered at a BUDGET price! The main floor features a full kitchen and a full-sized refrigerator / freezer, an apartment sized range / oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and toaster, plus a dining area, one full bath, and a generous sized living room area with a large flat screen monitor plus a DVD player, a gas fireplace, and a laundry cubby with a full sized washer / dryer. Ascending the spiral staircase leads to the loft area with one queen sized bed. Don't forget Fido. This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions) vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement).
