       We invite you to vacation in our new designer remodeled “beach house” condo with its panoramic ocean views in luxurious Elua Village, a true oceanfront resort. Our new Beach House condo is one of the finest in the Wailea community, and the ocean views can be enjoyed from every room and the large, private lanai. It’s the perfect spot for a special vacation with incredible views, sunsets, and beaches, and it is as close to paradise as we’ve found.

       This top floor 1280 sq. ft. Beach House with wood accented vaulted ceilings and lanai in a 2-story building has ocean views from South of Lanai to the tip of West Maui with breathtaking sunsets, framed by plumeria, bougainvillea and palm trees. The large lanai can be accessed from the living and dining areas as well as the master bedroom. Enjoy the magical experience of listening to the birds singing in the morning, the play of the whales in the ocean, or watching the brilliant sunsets and moon sets. In a few minute walk, you have direct access to the beautiful sandy Ulua Beach and Mokapu Beach and a great snorkeling reef.

Our Beach House condo includes:

• Custom built-in kitchen with granite counters, glass back splashes, induction stove and other new stainless appliances;
• A kitchen “fully equipped” with cookware, glassware, utensils, spices and everything needed;
• 2-Custom bathrooms with etched glass & polished nickel fixtures: Master has birds of paradise soaking tub with mobile shower; Guest  has banana plants and mobile shower.
• Master bedroom has a Tommy Bahama Cal-king bed, built-in mirrored closets;
• Full size in-suite washer & dryer, “whole-condo” softened & filtered water, laundry and dishwasher soaps;
• New quiet upgraded central air conditioning and ceiling fans;
• Lanai with lounges, table, chairs, BBQ, power shades and spectacular views;
• Beach gear is included: towels, umbrella, chairs, wake boards & snorkel gear;
• Comfortably sleeps 2-people, 2-bathrooms for convenience & privacy, ideal for a couple;
• Condo cleaning included with greater than10-night reservations, additional services available;

• 2-Oceanfront saline pools with comfortable chaise lounges and great views of the blue water;
• An adjoining private shaded pavilion with lounge area and tables/chairs, kitchen/refrig./BBQ;
• Exercise room with equipment & ocean views (listed in ‘features/other amenities’);
• A computer nook with free internet access, and you can print airline boarding passes at Elua’s office;
• A second saline pool and whirlpool spa is a short 2-minute walk from our Condo.
• Tennis/paddle ball court is also a short 2-minute walk from our Condo.
• Elua Village’s oceanfront has 4-access points to the beach, there is also a private gated area with cabana chaise lounges that have incredible ocean and island views.
• Another special feature is the Wailea Beach Walk, a 2+ mile paved oceanfront walk with spectacular scenery that winds past the hotels and resorts; it’s directly accessed from Elua Village’s property.
• Nearby are the Wailea Championship Golf Courses – Old Blue, Emerald, & Gold course, as well as, the Maui Nui course. Our guests qualify for the Wailea Property Owners Golf Club benefits and discounts.

       Our Beach House condo is conveniently located between the Marriott Wailea Beach Resort and the Wailea Andaz, two of the most popular luxury resorts. The Shops at Wailea, a short 4-5 minute walk from our condo, have exquisite stores, great restaurants, art galleries, and three convenience stores.

 Wailea Elua Condo 304 accommodates:

• Maximum of 2-guests, rates based upon 2-adult guests;
• Foreign currency exchange fees/rates are the guest’s responsibility;
• Property Damage Protection at $79 and a $300 Refundable Deposit required; reservations less than 7-nights a $50 cleaning fee is collected.
• Weekly condo cleaning is included with 10+night reservations, additional services available upon request.
