The Space
The gated and landscaped grounds extend the luxury experience with a heated pool, Jacuzzi/hot tub, two lighted tennis courts, deep-water boat docks, fish cleaning station, 2000 square foot Club House with a full gym, including cardio machines, as well as a BBQ Grill available in the common area.

The clubhouse can also be used for private parties. Just let us know your reserve dates.

The grounds and Bay Harbour are also fully equipped to help host your wedding party. What’s more, we also offer a private five-bedroom two-bath estate on a sandy beach two miles away (VRBO listing 903487). Inquire through the above-listed email.

Pets are welcomed on a case-by-case basis. Note: if you instant-book without first checking on pets we may cancel - so please be aware and reach out to us beforehand.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire condo complex, including the pool, hot tub, and gym. The property manager is available to provide information on accessing the unit. He will be reachable by phone as well for any additional questions, recommendations, or requests.
