The 1st floor 1 bedroom suite is a great way to get-away from the hustle and bustle. A beautiful 2 story common area entry with 1/2 bath is available on ground floor for your use. Private entry.

We have a mini kitchen with refrig. along with washer and dryer.in common area. Large TV in the living room. Bring your boat and park it for free in our dock storage area and leave trailer as well. You will love the beach look of the home. Stay a day or 6 months, we can accommodate you.

You can see from your front porch Lake Eustis. Walk to the dock and fish. Bring your boat, and any other toys, we have plenty of parking space and room. It's a great place to travel by boat to 5 other lakes. Everything is new. You will be about 25 minutes to The Villages, and 45 minutes to Disney. WE have a 2 twin Beds in Master ibedroom. Couch in Living room. WE provide wifi, jet swim spa, putting green, small refrig. and mini kitchen area. It's a very peaceful area, listen to the birds, and smell the freshness in the air. For a little extra, you can rent the mancave adj. to this room.

I am also repairing homes in Panama City from hurricane Michael. Judy purchased this Condo in 2018 Why Judy chose Madeira Beach I love going to John's Pass. This one is special to me because it is so very close to John's Pass. You can walk under the bridge and your right on the boardwalk of the pass. I love to wake up early and see the Bridge, the dolphins and all the vessels going back and forth. What makes this Condo unique The location is absolutely wonderful. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, your also right on the beach. The unit itself has been refreshed in the last 12 months. We provide everything you need including beach chairs and umbrella.
