Payment is required before rental, there is a security required of 15%,utility of 15% will be refunded after house is inspected and given back to owner. There is a lease that is signed with full payment and deposit.The cleaning is required every week and at the end of your stay. Deposit will be returned less your utility expenses.

About bruno Grillo I currently live in ny and was raised in Brooklyn.I am from a large Italian family with great Italian culture and lots of great recipes that mom managed to pass down.I attended a catholic high school and went to FIT in NYC. I am a creative guy that enjoys the simple things in life.I have learned to enjoy the moment because every second is precious! bruno grillo purchased this Farmhouse in 2006 Why bruno grillo chose East Hampton North Well my dream was always to have a house in the Hampton's! When we saw this property we both had a vision of what our slice of paradise can be.The potential was at our finger tips and we decided to run with privacy and elegance and most of all tranquility with color and style. What makes this Farmhouse unique We are 5 min from east Hampton town,amagansett town, and the beaches! The privacy on one acre! The lap pool which is unusual 15 by 50, hardly exists! fire place, pool heater, central air, auto gate enclosure, full gas barbeque and range.3 bed rm 2 bath with rain shower and Bain ultra tub! Pretty sweet!!
