Quail Cottage is a charming, spacious 1 bedroom freestanding cottage, with its own secluded patio and outdoor seating with a wonderful view. The main living room has high ceilings, and lots of light from the large south facing windows, but is shaded in the summer from the sun, by the trees around it. The communal room boasts a full kitchen, dining table and breakfast bar overlooking the patio, has a really comfortable Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 ) , dvd, netflix, internet and beautiful faux finished walls that go throughout the cottage. The bedroom, also large with big windows, has a king bed, and a queen futon sofa bed for extra sleeping options, and dvd, and netflix. The cottage has a full bathroom with bath and shower, and is decorated in wonderful sea colors. The whole cottage has a beautiful Zen comfortable feel to it.

Quail cottage is situated on a 2 acre property at the end of a lane, parking is free and next to the building. There is a large patch of lawn at the end of the property, with hammock and incredible views, that guests can use, for picnicking and soccer games with the kids.

The trails for biking and hiking are right out the door, no need to drive anywhere. Mountain bikers and hikers would love this place. This is a very family and dog friendly place, with lots of space for kids to run around outside. There is a trampoline round the back of the main house.

We have chickens, dogs and garden, and kids and all the associated activity, and centrally located for Sedona and hiking biking trails. You get the best of everything here, a rural setting, surrounded by the gorgeous red rocks, hiking out the door, with all the restaurants and shops Sedona has to offer, 10 minutes away.
