Punta de Mita Beach front Villa by HDM Manager Why HDM Manager chose Punta MitaThe Owners traveled to Punta Mita in 2003 with no intention of purchasing property. After staying in Punta Mita for 2 years they were absolutely in love with everything this place has to offer. They love the culture, shopping, and restaurants in the beachfront town outside the gates, but we love the privacy and security within the Punta Mita community. We loved being able to get anywhere we needed to be using a golf cart, and seeing newborn whales was a huge bonus! What makes this villa uniqueWe looked at all the Beachfront units available in Punta Mita before deciding upon this unique property. We did not want a Penthouse, as their Grand patios are 40% smaller than our condo and your view of the pool & beach is not good. Because this condo is on the Ocean high up your views are unmatched. At first you are so mesmerized by the beautiful pool/beach view & the ocean for miles and miles with no front row condos in front of you. Because of the orientation of our unit, you can also see the entire bay which includes the beautiful Sierra Madre mountains and the lights of Puerto Vallarta at night. This unit is the most private in Hacienda de Mita because you are front row on the ocean. Almost every other unit (including every Penthouse unit, EXCEPT Beachfront units) looks into a parking garage and/or another building in front of you.
