As you walk into the residence, you are blown away by the ocean views and as you make your way into the spacious living area your eyes are drawn upwards toward the cathedral ceilings masterfully constructed of local exotic hardwoods. The living area flows into the dining room and out to the patio where you will witness breathtaking sunsets on a daily basis. On the entry level floor you will also discover the sleek gourmet kitchen and a spacious master bedroom with its own private view deck peering out to the gorgeous ocean, large walk-through closet, and generous master bathroom. On the next level there are two sizeable guest bedrooms with ensuite private bathrooms. These airy, well appointed bedrooms also boast jaw dropping views of the sun plunging into the Pacific Ocean over the cool beach town of Tamarindo.

As you make your way down to the pool deck you will be greeted by the outdoor bar/kitchen/BBQ area where you will find plenty of deck space for sun and shade. On this level are two more sizeable rooms with all of the amenities as the others rooms including flat screen TV’s, air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and luxurious bedding.
