About this space

Flooded with natural light and featuring an open floor plan, this fully remodeled 1913 single-family home sits in the heart of the Arts District in Northeast Minneapolis. Six brewpubs are within a six-block radius, and we're just blocks from some of the best food in Minneapolis. Original and local art decorates much of the home. Enjoy a full-size premium hot tub and plenty of outdoor entertaining space, plus a full-size pool table and electronic dartboard in the basement. We're two blocks from a couple of the best restaurants in NE and less than a mile from some of the best ethnic restaurants on Central Avenue.

Plenty of room for entertaining: a dining room table that seats six, ample seating in the main living room, and a 50-inch 4K television.

The kitchen is set up for cooking with stainless steel cookware, quality knives, and numerous small appliances.

Convenient to the bus line and for Uber rides to the light rail.
