DIRECT OCEAN FRONT! I have been going to the Myrtle Beach area all of my life and believe me, this is the best location. It is located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach and it really has one of the nicest, widest beaches. My unit is an end unit and you have great ocean views up and down the beach. When I am on my balcony, I feel like I am on the beach. This is where you want to spend your time – morning sunrise, beach views during the day, and stars and moon at night. A different view every night. The condo was upgraded and new furniture was added in 2012. The bedrooms are located in the front part of the condo where it is quiet, so when you are ready to sleep you can. When I am not outside enjoying the beach and the ocean front pool, I enjoy the large sectional sofa and the large screen TV. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen and some K-Cups and complimentary bottled water to make the coffee. All linens and some paper products are provided.

This is a well-built concrete and steel condo that was built when you could still have a sea wall. That is why it is a little closer to the water. The ocean front pool is always very clean and cool. The condo will be clean and well appointed when you arrive. The building is always very quiet and this enables guests to have good rest and relaxation. Security is on site in the evenings. My condo is limited to 6 people – adults over 25 and their children. Obviously, there is no smoking in the condo or in the building. No pets are allowed, and the Home Owners Association does not allow motorcycles. I just request that my guests honor these items.

The property has gas grills and picnic tables on the beach front levels. Great for family cookouts. The property also has a recently redone professional quality tennis/pickleball court for your recreation.
