This villa is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located just off Hwy 27. It has great access to all Theme parks and attractions as well as being in close proximity to a host of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The home has it's own private pool and jacuzzi. The pool area is very peaceful and overlooks conservation area. There is fencing all the way around the pool area which gives more privacy as you aren't overlooked by anything.   Inside the home you will find 2 lounge areas and 2 dining areas. There is a formal dining area and peaceful lounge to the front of the home. A TV and DVD can be seen from both areas. The main lounge area is spacious and has a large TV, DVD and VCR as well as direct access to the pool area and Lanai. The second dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is more of a breakfast table, there is also a small breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen area.   The Kitchen itself is fully equiped with refridgerator-freezer, range, microwave, toaster etc The home sleeps 8 people and has two master bedrooms. The largest bedroom is to the back of the home off the main lounge and has a King size bed, TV and DVD player.   It has a large bathroom with both Shower and Tub, seperate toilet and twin sinks. There is a large walk-in closet and a crib in this room for your use. This bathroom can also be used as a pool bath as it has direct access to the pool area. The second master bedroom is to the front of the house and has a Queen size bed and TV.   There are two other rooms both with 2 twin beds in each. The first of these rooms has a TV and VCR and the other has a Disney theme with a TV. These rooms share a full bathroom. The home also has internet access for you to use with your own computer equipment.
