Beachfront Condo in Cancun (3502)

Condo, Studio with great kitchenette sleeps two.   Gorgeous beachfront Condo, maid service and airport pick up. Relax and unwind on your balcony overlooking the beautiful turquoise blue Caribbean sea. Swim in the Condo pool or step onto the beach and swim in the ocean. Sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful white sand. We are located in the Hotel Zone in fabulous Cancun. We are at mile marker 20.5 KM. This is about 15 minutes from the Airport. This is the most beautiful section of the entire hotel Zone. We are located next door to Sunplace. On the other side we are neighbors with Iberostar formally the Hilton. Directly in front of our building is the beautiful white sandy beach while to the other side is the Lagoon where you will find all kinds of restaurants, water activities, paddle boats for rent and the most beautiful sunset that you can imagine.
Transportation: From the airport there are several options available. There are nine passenger vans available who will drop you off at the door. There are private cabs that will do the same. There are numerous car rental agencies renting from the most luxurious auto to an economical auto that almost runs on air. The most economical vehicle rentals are usually at the airport. We also have the option of pre arranging your pick up at the airport for you so you don’t get stuck in the confusion that always exists at the airport. They will drop you off at the door so transportation is not any worry for you.
Local Traveling within Cancun: is also easy as walking out front of the condo through our 24 hour security to the street where there are buses every 5 minutes to take you anywhere in the Hotel Zone or into El Centro’s downtown center. If the bus is not your style then there are private cabs passing by every 5 minutes that will take you anywhere in Mexico! The buses run all night so no matter what time you need to get home there is a way to get you there.
Money Exchange: Almost all types of monies are readily exchanged at the Money Exchanges or in the Banks found everywhere in the street. They do require your passport and a copy of the same due to Mexican Laws about changing monies. This is a normal procedure so don’t worry. The exchange rate varies from place to place but is usually within pennies of each other. The Money Exchanger can only change a maximum of $300.00 US per day per person so don’t get caught short. Credit cards are accepted everywhere and you will probably get your best exchange from your credit card company as verses the street exchange. Exchanging money is not critical as most places accept American, Canadian or Euros at a standard exchange rate right on the spot.
