House was completely remodeled in 2005 with the master bedroom suite added at that time. It includes a large bedroom opening onto the back yard and pool, two walk in closets, and a large modern bathroom with walk in shower, vanity area, and washer dryer. Four passenger lectric car is included in the rent and is a GEM e4, purchased new in 2016.

They have three grown daughters and five grandchildren. Why they chose this propertyWe had vacationed in Key West several times and decided to purchase a home here in 2008. We looked at 20 houses but couldn't get this one out of our minds. The open access to the backyard and pool just made this home special.
