The CHALET IN THE PINES features 3400 square feet, 4 full bedrooms plus a loft, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a large porch to congregate, full kitchen with all cooking amenities including a Jen-Air Double Oven. Tall Pine views from every window. You won’t have to compromise on comfort at this Chalet, with radiant floor heat for the winter and central air conditioning for the summer; should you need it.

Go ahead treat yourself and care for the Chalet as you would your own!

CHALET IN THE PINES is located on a cul-de-sac street with no neighbors in the cul-de-sac. Situated on 1.2 acres of Tall Pines in the Mogollon Airpark with Fly-In accommodations (with prior approval). Horseback riding, shopping, dining, entertainment is available less than a mile from the CHALET IN THE PINES. And if all that doesn't make you want to visit, CHALET IN THE PINES is in close proximity to the 2 million acres Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest which is home to many sensational hiking trails, fishing, hunting, ATV trails and an abundant of wildlife.

We have more trails than roads, more trees than buildings, and more wildlife than people!

CHALET AMENITIES:

MASTER BEDROOM

Located downstairs, the Master Bedroom has a King Bed, full bath suite which includes a Jacuzzi tub, double headed shower with seat, walk-in closet, log armoire and Flat Screen TV. Radiant heated floors and central AC in the bathroom and bedroom.

GUEST BEDROOM #1

Located downstairs, Guest Bedroom #1 has 2 full-size beds (bunk) stairway chest. Bunk beds are meant for children not adults. The top bunk is for no more than 100 lbs of weight. Lighted walk-in closet that is designed a little different and a fun place for pre-teen kids to hang out. Radiant heated floors and central AC.

GUEST BEDROOM # 2 and 3

Located upstairs, bedrooms #2 and #3 feature oversize bedrooms and shelving in the closets. Bedroom #2 has a Rustic bedroom set. Bedroom #3 is decorated with an antique white French provincial that belonged to my Grandmother; circa 1950's. Baseboard heaters and benefits from the ductless AC unit located in the loft area.

LOFT

Queen sized sofa sleeper, ottoman, and a great view of the pines. Baseboard heaters and ductless AC unit.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is a cook’s delight; if you want to cook! High end appliances, built-in stove top, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee and espresso maker, toaster, blender, all cookware, utensils, tons of storage, basic spices, and a pantry room. Radiant heated floors and central AC.

UTILITY/LAUNDRY ROOM

The Utility/Laundry Room is equipped with washer and dryer, sink, iron and ironing board. It can also be used as a mud room for when you come back from skiing, hiking, or ATV riding.

LIVING/FAMILY ROOM

The Living/Family Room provides hours of relaxation and fun for the entire family. With Flat Screen TV, pool table (please do not sit of pool table), board games, cards, gas fireplace, and electric outlets in the floor at convenient locations, you can enjoy time together. Radiant heated floors and central AC. And don't forget the Wifi !

DINING ROOM

Located just off the kitchen, the dining room has a full sized wood antique top table. that allows you to gather in comfort and even a bar stool area where a few of the teenagers can sit and eat. Radiant heated floors and central AC.

FRONT PORCH

Do you like relaxing with a book? Or perhaps have a cocktail before dinner? The oversize front porch has plenty of room to gather and listen to the tall pines whispering to you while you read a book, or, be the back drop for a relaxing conversation before dinner. There are 2 Adirondack chairs with table and a patio dining set on the porch. Just below among the trees are 2 wooden benches; 1 rocking. Just south of the driveway is another patio table set.

******OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE: Clubhouse area provides BBQ, Tennis and Basketball courts, playground and picnic tables. If you own a plane, you can fly in for your stay and tie down your plane across from the Clubhouse; prior approval is required. Linens, towels, and just in case you forget the essentials, shampoo and soap are in the closets.
