We take your safety very serious during this pandemic, and in doing our part we have instructed our cleaning crew to provide extra time to thoroughly disinfect every surface of the house. We have provided disinfectant cleaner which will be used on every touchable surface, doorknob, and handle. In doing this, our cleaning cost have increased temporarily and will go from $150.00 per trip to $200.00. I hope you understand, and once we are past this period, we will be able to reduce to the normal rates. Please enjoy the house and stay safe.

The unique floorplan offers 2 master suites (one king, one queen) both with en-suite bathrooms, while 2 other rooms (2 twins & 2 futons, 1-queen) share the 3rd bath. We also have 2 full size air mattresses available. You will also appreciate the large, attached 3-car garage and side parking for all your water/land toys

We are located on a wide street in a safe section of town named Sunridge Estates. Close proximity to all Laughlin/Bullhead has to offer. Less than 10-minute drive to fishing, boating, gambling, restaurants, Katherine Landing, Davis Camp, hiking, off-road adventures and more.
