Welcome to our lovely and spacious three bedroom/three bath condo in the South Tower. Our condo is located on the 8th floor. In addition to our front balcony, we have a deck off the dining room that offers panoramic views of the beach and the surrounding property. Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The kitchen was updated several years ago with new cabinets and counters. We have a washer and dryer. Our carpeted Living Room has a new LCD TV with cable. Master bedroom with walk-in closet has a king size bed and remodeled bath and also has a new LCD TV with cable. Sliding glass doors offer access to the front balcony. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining private bath and the second guest room has two twins with adjoining private bath. New LCD TV's in each room with local channels.
