Gorgeous 2 bed, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo. All updated and complete with everything you need for a great time on the beach. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach cart, umbrella, games and more.
Master Bedroom has King Bed, shower bath, laundry, flat screen TV and seating area. 2nd bedroom has 2 queen, pillow top beds, a futon that folds out to a dble bed, and the couch in the family room has a fainting couch on the end for an additional twin bed.
Plenty of extra sheets, blankets and more.
Soaps, detergents and more are included.

The balcony has seating and an electric, George Foreman Grill for your convenience. There is a small herb garden on the balcony for your use.

Because its COOL!!! We supply beach equipment, boogie boards, surf boards, games and more. There are so many water sports, beach adventures, events and more right on the beach. There is usually many air shows with small planes and more. There is something for everyone at Cocoa Beach. Ron Jon Surf Shop, and the Cocoa Beach Surf Shop are both open 24/7. If you the kids want to go look at surf boards, skate boards and get lessons at 2 a.m., they can. It's just that amazing for a spot for family fun.

Area Information
This is the closest salt water beach to Orlando Fl., that would be your main airport to fly into.
This condo is located on the ocean, head 528 EAST all the way to the ocean from the airport.

This perfect get away is located about one hour from Disney World, MGM studios and other Orlando attractions. The closest ones to the condo, about 15 min. or less are Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, You can catch a quick cruise to the Bahamas and leave your rental car at a local location. They will give you a ride to the loading dock for any cruise you want. Then they will pick you back up and bring you to get another rental car when your done with your cruise. It really is convenient.
There is so much to do and see in Cocoa Beach. You can take an air boat ride at the Lone Cabbage air boats on the St. Johns River, you can take a closer ride on a pontoon party boat, right on the banana river at the waterfront bar and grill. You can see all types of marine life. Dolphins, manatees and more are at the waterfront restaurants. You don't even have to go out on the water.

The pier is our favorite spot as you can walk right there and go to the Rikki Tikki Tavern, located at the end of the pier. Happy hour starts at around 4 pm in Cocoa Beach. The BEACH is the main attraction and it's free. You can rent anything you want. Surf boards, kayaks, wind surfing, more. There is a volley ball net at the pier if you want to play. They allow drinks on the beach, as long is it is in a can or plastic bottle. NO GLASS.

The Sandbar sports bar and grill. They have the BEST tacos in cocoa beach!
Waterfront bar and grill for sunset drinks and a toast, then we go next door to Florida Seafood restaurant
They have better, bigger drinks and amazing food.
Lone Cabbage for the gator bites and airboat rides
PaPa Vitos has amazing Italian Dishes. Open till 2 a.m.

Inside Scoop
You can walk to the end of the pier for free. There is a bar called the Rikki Tikki Bar and it is phenomenal for drinks and views. Our favorite drink is the Pier a dice!

Discovery beach bar and restaurant is a great hideaway bar for appetizers and drinks. We like going other places for the food.
