Welcome to Kiawah Island - 10 miles of pristine beach set on the Atlantic's most exclusive Resort Island. Known for its world-class golf and tennis, Kiawah offers much, much more.

We are pleased to offer THE BEST LOCATION ON THE ISLAND for the money. Only 150 yards from the beach, our villa is situated on a private, pristine lagoon. Relax on the back porch with a cool drink and watch the abundance of wildlife play in the pond. Golf and tennis, the Straw market and the new West beach pool complex are just a few steps away. And when you are done playing, come home to your quiet retreat. If you value privacy, this is the place for you. We are an end unit, surrounded by nature, no bike paths or beach walkers out the back door. Unlike many of the island condos, there are very few steps in and out of our villa.

Inside you will find all the amenities a discriminating vacationer has come to expect- a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, washer, dryer, walk-in shower with pulsating shower head, linens, DVD player, TVs in living room and bedroom, and high speed internet. Renting through us also entitles you to Kiawah Island Resort Privileges, i.e. free use of the Resort pools, discounted golf and tennis along with preferred tee and court times, discounted recreational activities, free use of the work-out center and free shuttle service around the island.
