Gorgeous 2015 Remodeled condo. This home offers a king size bed, sectional couch, one 65" TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the bedroom. Cable/Internet. Access to the Swimming Pool and Fitness center. The kitchen is fully equipped. Our home away from home is ready for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Located in Spengler Manor which is 3 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Waterfront, and Fashion Square. We are also less than 2 miles from the zoo and botanical gardens in Papago Park which has hiking in the Buttes where Hole-in-Rock is located. All easily accessible on bikes. It's on the same bike path that takes you to Mill Avenue, Tempe and ASU. Of course , you can also drive to these places, if you choose.

Sit out on the balcony after the hard day of golfing, bike riding, swimming and shopping and enjoy a glass of wine or enjoy the hot tub/pool which is just steps from our unit. In fact it is the second closest to the pool area in our building. Drink the wine there, but only in the plastic glasses we have provided please.

We love Arizona and we hope you enjoy your stay in our home as much as we enjoy it when we are there. The golfing is great, the shopping is excellent and the weather is perfect. Just what you were hoping for!
