Stay in our large, fully remodeled, one bedroom, one bath condo overlooking the lush tropical gardens of Kihei Resort.

This 621 sq ft, ground floor unit is non-smoking and provides all the comforts of home (and then some) for your Maui vacation. The unit itself was fully renovated in 2011 with a new granite and stainless steel kitchen, a travertine spa-like bath, and new rattan furniture throughout.

Don’t fight the crowds at a large resort. Kihei Resort is a small, 64 unit, “boutique” resort in North Kihei. The well-maintained gardens are resplendent with tropical flowers, ponds and birds. You’re only steps from the private pool & hot tub and barbeque areas. Directly across the street is Kalepolepo Beach Park with a protected swimming area and lovely sunsets. A short walk north takes you to Mai Puno Oehau Beach and Sugar Beach, which combine to form Maui’s longest uninterrupted stretch of beach (5 miles!). It’s perfect for walking, swimming or sun bathing.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY

The new, fully equipped, kitchen includes stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher), blender, waffle iron, coffee pot, pots & pans and dishes. The counter tops are granite and the eating counter easily seats four on swivel stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is your own private ensuite laundry with new front-loading washer and dryer.

LIVING ROOM & LANAI

The large living room is equipped with a comfortable queen sized sofa bed, 42“ flat screen HD TV, Blu-ray / DVD player, stereo with CD player, and a library of books & movies. For true Hawaiian indoor/outdoor living, the large patio doors open to a generously sized lanai with a table that easily seats four. Just inside the patio doors, there is a bar-height dining table that also seats four.

BEDROOM & BATH

The bedroom is an oasis to escape to after a busy day in the sun. Walk across the bamboo floors and relax on the queen sized bed with quilted mattress, high quality linens & Tommy Bahama accents. The travertine spa-inspired bathroom has an extra large walk in shower and dual shower heads. Don’t miss the rain shower!

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

For your convenience we’ve provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board, numerous beach toys, beach towels & a couple coolers for your excursions to the beach or other explorations. There’s even a couple of tennis rackets so you can enjoy the public courts within a 5 minute walk of condo. When it’s time to go shopping for food / souvenirs, there are lots of options nearby ranging from farmers markets to arts & craft fairs, and shopping centers such as Azeka or Piilani.
