We completely renovated Milford Manor Farmhouse in 2012, inside and out. Formerly, the outside of the home was wood siding which was PINK and yellow! The inside also needed work. We put a brand new bathroom upstairs to make a Master Suite. The kitchen is completely upgraded with brand new appliances, counter tops, and sink. We have a Keurig machine, along with a 12 cup coffee maker. We added the washer/dryer area near the back entrance to the home.

We are only a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown, or Interstate 88 (Oneonta, NY). We are one hour from Albany, NY.

We offer out door dining on the spacious, covered 20 x 24 patio, complete with fire pit. There is plenty of room for children in the very large back yard and they are invited to explore the creek that meanders through the back of the property of 17 acres.

After we remodeled our home we put all new furnishings in, featuring leather in the living room and a 55' flat screen TV in the living room and 40 ' flat screen TV's in the queen bedrooms. There are two queen beds and a set of bunk beds. There are wood floors throughout. There are 2.5 bathrooms.

Complete access to the house, and the grounds on 17 acers, a creek in the back, swing set, monkey bars, patio with gas grill, and fire pit.

We are 8.5 miles to Cooperstown, NY which is famous for the Baseball Hall of Fame, Farmers Museum, Glimerglass Opera House, Otsego Lake, Bassett Hospital.

We are 3 miles from the Cooperstown Dream Park.

We are 12 miles to Oneonta, NY which is famous for their colleges, SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick.

For all summer Dream Park rentals we use Cooperstown stay. Book us there under Milford Manor Farmhouse.
