Beautiful, quiet, spacious, centrally located 4th floor direct ocean front condo that has been newly remodeled. It has a wall of windows in the master and family room with an oceanfront balcony and breathtaking views. The master has a king bed and the guest room has two extra long twin beds. The couch is a convertible queen sleeper sofa. The unit has full size appliances including a washer and dryer. Family room has a flat panel TV with DISH network. The master, kitchen, dining and family rooms have awesome ocean views. TV with DISH network in the master bedroom as well.

The family room is open to the dining area and kitchen. Kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar, taster oven, and garbage disposal. There is a large private balcony with beautiful views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. There are sliding doors to the balcony from the master. There is a large heated indoor pool, oceanfront sundeck, hot tub and charcoal grill on site with picnic tables. Super easy beach access from the ground floor. WiFi included. No smoking or pets please.

Broadway at the Beach is just 10-15 minutes south with even more fun things to do. Easy access to Hwy 22 and 31.
