A $250 refundable security deposit will hold your reservation. Damaged/missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
A non-refundable $100 cleaning fee is added to each reservation.
A $150 refundable pet deposit is required for all pets. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis with additional nightly charge per pet.
Reservation is held with $250 security deposit and 50% rental payment. Additional 50% payment, cleaning fee and potential pet deposit are due 14 days prior to check-in
Owner's Cancellation Policy:
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days prior to check-in date
100% refund for cancellations more that 14 days prior to check-in date
