This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a heated pool, and a privacy fence. 1891 square feet under the air. This new house is turnkey ready and comes with a gas grill with a poolside, the newer heated pool only 2 years old, bikes, and all necessary equipment for the beach (chairs, beach towels, cooler, and bikes), which is only 5 minutes away.

Beautiful MERCATO which is just 4 min away & with beautiful 40 restaurants in nearby the vicinity. There are 3 beaches to choose from here (VANDERBILT, WIGGINS-PASS, and NAPLES BEACH). Beautiful Zoo offers all animal kingdoms in it. Public tennis court and golf course and newly opened waterpark. You're near the beautiful Mercado Mall, Naples Zoo, golf courses and not to mention great restaurants (Cooper Hawk, The Water Mark, Joey's, Andreas Steak House, Seasons 52, Flemmings, and more.)

1500 ft away from MERCATO, all kinds of dining and entertainment. Relax in the privacy of your own yard and enjoy the heated pool. This house is cable and wifi ready. Also comes with a washer and dryer. Great neighborhood....safe and friendly (Possibly one small pet).
